Please let us know how we can help in your transition. Call or email us to let us your current situation and where you would like to be in the next few months or years.
Our conversations will always remain confidential.

Reverse Mortgages for Seniors
You must proceed with caution.
Talk to a knowledgable person in the mortgage or financial planning field, because reverse mortgages are more complicated that regular mortgages.
Find a financial advisor through National Association of Personal Financial Advisors or Financial Planning Association. Or find a housing-mortgage counselor who specializes in working with older Americans to walk you through all of your options.
Visit HUD approved mortgage counselors for seniors. Reverse mortgages enable homeowners age 62 and older to get money from their home equity in three ways -- as a lump-sum payment, as a monthly payment over time and/or as a flexible line of credit used when needed. Once the loan is in place, borrowers don't have to make any more mortgage payments, and the loan's balance doesn't become due until they sell the house, move or die. New legislation also lets seniors use reverse mortgages to buy a new home, such as in a retirement community.
