Showing Center Centralized Showing Service (CSS)
Buyer's Agents, who want to show properties, call CSS (whose phone number is in MLS) to set the appointment. CSS representatives contact the Seller to schedule all showings. You, as the seller, will will receive feedback e-mails as they come in.
Closing Attorneys Chapman & Rosenthal Title
Kate Rosenthal and her staff will handle all legal aspects of closing, such as your title search, drawing up the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, handling wire transfers, and dealing with any legal issues that may arise during the course of your transaction. She will call you a couple of weeks before closing is scheduled to tell you any documents she needs, and you should feel free to ask her any questions that you have, and she gladly answerd.
Lenders, Thomas Hall, Fifth Third Bank; David King, Suntrust Bank;
My team of lenders are professional and experienced and will put you at ease. They will tell you on the front end what they need to pre-approve your mortgage loan, so that the surprises at the end are minimal. They will need pay stubs, tax returns, and other documents for approval. All buyers have to provide much the same documentation.
