Sarah and John Rummage love real estate! After making the ‘buying or selling a home’ journey with their clients, they forever feel a special friendship with them.

Sarah was licensed as a real estate affiliate broker in 1985, and earned a Tennessee Broker’s license in 1987. On their staff, or available to consult with them, are a staging professional, an appraiser to measure properties and sketch floor plans prior to listing, and an assistant to do open houses, and follow-up with clients. Sarah is almost a Nashville native (having moved here as a child), but has personal relocation experience as she and John have also lived in several other places. She has a bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, and a master’s degree (1998) from Trevecca University in Nashville. In addition to her real estate experience, she has 12 years banking experience, and 3 years teaching experience.

John has a bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University, and has done graduate work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. He has worked with several corporations, Coca-Cola, General Foods, and Vanderbilt University before joining Sarah in real estate at Keller Williams Realty, Green Hills, Nashville, TN.

In 2008, they opened American Realty Resources LLC to offer personal and boutique services to their buyer and seller clients.

Sarah and John are the parents to three grown sons, one grandson, five granddaughters and a special niece.

She and John are co-founders of Founding Family Charitable Foundation, which provides grants to adoptive parents and medical help to adoptable children with birth defects. They have traveled to China, Israel and India recently to visit children’s homes and hospitals, and to take humanitarian supplies. They fell in love with the children and the friends they made in those special countries!
