They may be able to pre-qualify you over the phone, and sometimes you can do your application online.
- Go to www.HouseInNashville.com and search possible properties, or tell us what you are looking for and we will email you some possibilities.
- Tell us which properties you like (email) and we will set up an appointment to see inside and get more information for you. (Or you can drive by first to see if it has street appeal for you.)
- When we find a property which you love in your price range, we will write an offer for you and help you take it to closing.
In a nutshell, that is the process. Of course, there are always little problems which come up….no transaction is totally smooth. But we help you get through all of the issues. We have over 25 years combined experience in real estate so we are tough! |
